NiCE is seeking a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure security, reliability, availability, and performance of cloud and datacenter infrastructure. You will work across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments to support production systems powering global operations.

Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, incident resolution, performance tuning, on-call participation, and implementing process improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years working in a large production infrastructure.
• 5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment.
• 5+ years configuring server hardware and OS.
• Experience managing and hardening Linux servers in production environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, or Amazon Linux)
• Experience successfully working in fast-paced production environments with rapidly changing priorities and timelines.
• Microsoft and Linux OS Patching
• Strong Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory and DNS
• Experience working with Change Management

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment
• Administration of AWS environment and resources
• Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity
• Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues
• Analyzes and reports on operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements
• Manage DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments
• Participate in an On-Call rotation
• Communicates events to stakeholders, teams, and leadership
• Work with cabling, racking, and other tasks in Physical Data Centers (Some Travel May Be Required)
• Create user accounts in IAM and other user management resources
• Updating Production Server Resources and Sizing
• Support and troubleshooting in medium to complex technical issues
• Follow the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures at all times
