Job summary

NiCE is seeking a DevOps/sys‑engineering professional to own production operations, automation, and platform reliability. You will monitor, optimize, and scale distributed applications, collaborating with development teams to improve services and release processes.

A strong focus on Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud practices will be essential to succeed in this role. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, incident response, and continuous improvement within a hybrid NICE-FLEX work model,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a similar role focusing on systems engineering, automation and reliability.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java/C#) and scripting (Bash/PowerShell).
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and services like EC2/ECS/Lambda.

Responsibilities

• Run production environment with monitoring and holistic system health view.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions.
• Measure and optimize system performance and push capabilities forward.
• Provide operational support and engineering for large distributed applications.
