Job summary

Stream is seeking a senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for our largest client launches—from contract signature to go-live and post-launch adoption—across FlexPay, Credit, Wealth and Benefits.

You will manage multiple projects, coach junior colleagues, build senior relationships with client sponsors and internal teams, help shape a scalable Delivery Playbook, and monitor adoption and revenue performance across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in B2B2C, SaaS, HR tech or fintech is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, crédible with senior client contacts and internal teams.
• Natural coach, energised by helping junior colleagues grow.
• Data-driven and outcome-focused: measure impact and steer away from vanity projects.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping process, not just following it.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for our largest and most complex client launches—from contract signature to go-live and post-launch adoption.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders, acting as the senior escalation point when delivery risk or complexity increases.
• Build credible, senior relationships with client sponsors and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, Risk and Comms.
• Coach and mentor Delivery Managers and Delivery Associates, raising the bar on project management rigour across the team.
• Own and evolve elements of the Delivery Playbook, standardising process and removing recurring friction.
• Track adoption and revenue performance across your portfolio, proactively identifying and course-correcting at-risk accounts.
• Feed frontline delivery insight into the product roadmap, including ongoing improvements to our client onboarding experience.
