Job summary

AND Digital is seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end. You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, managing commercials, and building high-performing teams.

You will own engagement financials, prevent revenue leakage, and drive continuous improvement across projects while evolving our delivery practice and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements.
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met.
• Identify and manage critical risks and issues.
• Track and report engagement KPIs regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Own engagement budgets, margins, invoicing and collections.
• Manage resourcing and develop delivery teams.
