Job summary

Stream is seeking a Communications & Engagement Manager to own and deliver high-impact internal and client-facing campaigns. You’ll lead launch comms, shape multi-channel narratives, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement across client organisations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in communications or related fields.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns from strategy to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing advisory skills.
• Excellent copywriting and editing across intranet, emails, presentations.
• Experience planning events, webinars, or engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch communications, building awareness, buy-in, and sustained engagement.
• Develop integrated communications plans, tailoring messaging to manager and employee personas within client organisations.
• Coordinate with client leads and internal teams to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure flawless collateral delivery.
• Produce high-quality, persuasive comms materials: toolkits, presentations, briefing notes, digital copy.
• Monitor metrics, identify risks and pivot strategies to improve engagement and outcomes.
