J.P. Morgan is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi‑team programs within the Personal Investing domain. You will own the delivery plan, orchestrate cross‑functional execution, and remove impediments to achieve scope, schedule, budget and benefits.

This hands‑on role rewards rapid learning and decisive action across squads and vendors. You will drive decisions, align stakeholders on outcomes, and manage trade‑offs while enabling data‑driven governance and staged delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading complex, cross‑functional technology and business initiatives.
• Ability to make data‑driven trade‑offs and land outcomes under ambiguity.
• Strong command of Agile at scale and hybrid planning.
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence; knowledge of other PPM platforms a plus; AI tools in workflows is a bonus.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders and vendors.
• Solid financial management experience: forecasting, capitalisation, burn/variance analysis, benefits realisation.
• Sufficient technical fluency to partner with architects and engineering leads on solutions and cutover planning.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery plans and orchestrates cross‑functional execution across multiple squads and vendors.
• Runs delivery cadences and dependency management to surface and resolve issues quickly.
• Manages risk, change control, and realistic forecast for scope, schedule, and cost.
• Aligns stakeholders on outcomes and benefits, and communicates decisions clearly.
• Drives adoption metrics and transition to steady state post‑go‑live.
• Partners with engineering for release planning, non‑functional testing, and build readiness.
