Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Procurement Subcontract Specialist to lead the Project Procurement team (P-PROC). You will manage a portfolio of high-value subcontracts, negotiate critical supplier terms, and provide commercial guidance across multiple projects and sites in the UK.

The role includes line management and travel to suppliers in the UK and Europe. You will require strong procurement subcontract management experience, an ability to drive governance and rigour, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering commercial guidance and negotiating supplier contracts.
• Ability to lead delivery of a portfolio of R&D projects and manage risk.
• Proven capability to craft key contractual terms with critical suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of subcontracting activities across projects and commercial frameworks.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and terms, ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality delivery.
• Provide commercial guidance to internal customers and manage risk and opportunities.
