Job summary

MBDA Careers in the UK is seeking a proactive Project Procurement professional to manage supplier subcontracts on a global scale, coordinating with UK and international suppliers to protect MBDA's commercial position and deliver high-value missiles programs.

You will lead end-to-end subcontract activities from negotiation to performance management, visit supplier sites, assess risks, and provide commercial guidance to internal customers, while supporting MBDA's mission and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or supply chain in defence or aerospace contracting.
• Degree or accreditation in business or procurement, or equivalent experience.
• Experience negotiating with customers and suppliers in a global supply chain context.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute subcontracts with existing or new suppliers.
• Oversee subcontract amendments for compliance with standards and legislation.
• Manage performance to ensure supplier delivery per subcontract obligations.
• Build strong supplier relationships UK/Europe/World.
• Visit supplier sites and lead subcontract progress meetings.
