Job summary

PSD Group is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to drive revenue in the UK defence and aerospace sectors. The role focuses on selling advanced electronic test solutions and capital equipment, with hybrid working in Berkshire and travel as required.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in commercial sales, including 4+ years in defence/aerospace, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and eligibility for UK Security Clearance. ATE experience is highly desirable and travel is part of the role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ commercial experience (defence/aerospace preferred).
• Strong technical understanding; ATE experience desirable.
• Established UK defence-sector relationships advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with UK defence organisations, prime contractors and their supply chains.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through order.
• Identify and secure strategic design-in opportunities on defence programmes.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers and develop revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate technical, engineering and support resources throughout the sales process.
• Support selected international distribution partners.
