Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension scheme benefits specifications.
• Experience in scheme onboarding, transitions, or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with buy-ins, buy-outs, and transition processes.
• Understanding of GMP equalisation would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Confidence working with large data sets and a good level of Excel capability.
