Job summary

Sammons Recruitment Group is recruiting for an In-house Pensions Operations & Projects Manager with remote working and London-based adhoc office presence. You will lead a busy in-house pensions function, overseeing administration, payroll, regulatory projects and team leadership.

The role requires strong pensions knowledge, senior leadership, stakeholder management and a commitment to delivery excellence across defined benefit and defined contribution schemes.

Qualifications

• Leadership of pensions administration team and operations.
• Deep knowledge of DB and DC pension schemes and pensioner payroll.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and technical pensions expertise.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Focus on process improvements, governance and regulatory compliance.
