Job summary

Just Group plc in the UK is seeking a role within the Defined Benefit Solutions area to support the operational setup of new transactions from exclusivity to production of factor-based member option outputs. The role ensures transitions and member data structures are embedded into processes to support clients and members.

Qualifications

• DB knowledge across Defined Benefit schemes.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and issue resolution abilities.
• Understanding of project management is a plus.
• Understanding of DB pensions and Bulk annuities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce consistent benefit specification docs for all new transactions.
• From exclusivity or signing, ensure data in the member factors tool to enable options.
• Assess data and pricing assumptions to create initial data templates for transition.
• Update Flo to reflect delivery dates for member option deliverables.
• Support assessment of each new scheme with the Post Transaction Services Manager.
• Prepare templates to support GMP Equalization work when required.
