Job summary

Sammons is seeking an In-House Pensions & Benefits Manager to lead the UK & Ireland pension and benefits programmes, overseeing DB and DC schemes, governance, and auto-enrolment. You will manage relationships with trustees, consultants, insurers and other external partners while delivering renewals, communications, and engagement initiatives.

With extensive pensions experience and strong stakeholder, project and vendor management skills, you will drive improvements across benefits administration

Qualifications

• Extensive DB & DC pensions knowledge gained in consultancy or in-house roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor liaison abilities.
• Proven experience delivering pension and benefit projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities essential for governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK & Ireland pension and benefits programmes across DB and DC schemes.
• Oversee governance, auto-enrolment compliance, and benefit renewals.
• Manage relationships with trustees, consultants, insurers and external partners.
• Deliver communications, employee education, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and data insights in benefits administration.
