Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking an Implementation Support/DB Pension Administrator to help with new scheme implementations and data reviews. You’ll liaise with the TPA and DB Operations team, maintaining sign-off records and handling data queries during the transition.

Role requires DB pension administration experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a hybrid role in Reigate. A competitive package and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme administration.
• Understanding of DB pensions and/or Bulk annuities and admin requirements.
• Self-starter who can work on own and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of project management would be beneficial.
• Experience in pensions industry for administrators or an insurance company would be beneficial.
• Pension Risk Transfer / Bulk Annuities would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support implementations process with initial data checks for sign‑off ahead of true up and onboarding.
• Support flow of scheme implementations into TPA, attend planning calls.
• Assist onboarding sign off with DB Governance records.
• Support operational tasks for schemes in transition such as payroll funding and member calculations.
• Be point of contact for funding or queries during TPA setup.
• Support BAU handover with TPA and Operations, resolve queries.
• Assist in producing monthly transition MI.
