Waystone is seeking a Manager, Data Operations Service Oversight to support governance, oversight and continuous improvement of Data Operations functions across the UK, Ireland, Luxembourg and India. The role focuses on service assurance, performance monitoring and stakeholder engagement, rather than direct processing responsibilities.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in fund services, asset servicing, data operations or regulated financial services.
• Experience leading operational teams within a controlled environment.
• Strong understanding of data quality, operational controls and service delivery disciplines.
• Knowledge of UK and European fund structures and operational data flows.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the Associate Director in governance, oversight and continuous improvement of Data Operations services across locations.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs, SLAs and quality standards.
• Prepare governance packs and oversight reporting for senior management.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement activities and service reviews.
• Oversee risk, compliance and regulatory oversight within Data Operations.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement of oversight frameworks.
