Job summary

Accenture in London seeks a Data Management & Governance Senior Manager to lead data governance programmes and set strategic roadmaps. You will work with clients to translate data priorities into business value and steer multi-project efforts across governance, quality and MDM.

The role requires deep experience in data management, governance, and AI-related data strategies, with the ability to lead large teams and shape winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager with extensive leadership across Data Management and Governance consulting or transformation programmes.
• Experience shaping and delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes with accountability for commercial performance, quality, risk and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives, influence strategic decisions and build trusted relationships across business, data, technology, risk and regulatory functions.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and multidisciplinary teams, including workforce planning, capability building and performance leadership.
• Experience originating or converting business development opportunities and leading proposals, solution shaping, pricing and mobilisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across complex Data Management and Governance programmes, shaping vision, roadmap, operating model and investment case.
• Own senior client relationships, advise executive stakeholders and connect data priorities to business strategy, risk and value.
• Direct multiple projects, workstreams or large teams, ensuring scope, delivery quality, governance and outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and grow managers and practitioners through coaching and development.
• Lead business development opportunities from qualification to mobilisation.
• Evolve market-relevant propositions, methods, alliances and thought leadership.
• Strengthen practice capability through recruitment, knowledge sharing and cross-industry collaboration.
