You will personally lead large-scale data transformation and migration across data engineering, MDM, governance, testing, and supplier delivery, ensuring regulatory and privacy requirements are embedded. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data delivery from requirements through design, engineering, migration, testing, deployment and readiness.
• Head complex data transformation and large-scale migration to integrated data platforms.
• Drive delivery of Single Customer View / Customer 360 / Golden Record / MDM capabilities.
• Manage dependencies across business functions, technology programmes and suppliers.
• Translate requirements into executable data delivery plans and embed data requirements in design.
• Lead multi-supplier delivery and hold partners accountable for milestones and contracts.
• Define resource needs and address capacity gaps.
• Establish integrated plans, governance, risks, dependencies and delivery controls.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, security and regulatory requirements are embedded.
• Provide clear reporting and challenge to senior stakeholders.
