Together is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Data Governance Framework. You will drive ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata management and governance maturity across the organisation as a recognised expert.

You will guide governance initiatives, influence decisions, and embed practical data management controls to support regulatory compliance and strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience across Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management, BI, Data Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven ability to implement or improve a formal Data Governance Framework.
• Knowledge of data ownership, stewardship, data quality, metadata management and data classification.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance initiatives and influence decision making across business and technical teams.
• Embed practical data management controls to support regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Support data architecture activities including data modelling and source-to-target mapping.
• Mentor Data Governance Analysts and Data Stewards.
• Engage with third-party suppliers or technology partners as needed.
