Job summary

Sapphire is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to bridge cutting-edge security solutions with client needs. You will lead technical discussions, tailor demonstrations, and craft compelling proposals to win new business.

You will collaborate with sales, deliver webinars, and share knowledge as a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec, focusing on SIEM, XDR, firewalls and Microsoft Security.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security for large organisations.
• Deep knowledge of SIEM, XDR, firewalls, especially Microsoft Security.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Tailor solutions to client needs for maximum ROI.
• Customer Engagement: Lead tech discussions in client meetings, webinars, and events.
• Solution Presentation: Craft & deliver compelling proposals that win clients over.
• Account Development: Support Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Product Development: Collaborate with sales to discover product opportunities.
• Knowledge Sharing: Be a Subject Matter Expert in InfoSec; host training and webinars.
