Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor, owning the relationship from discovery to long-term adoption and expansion. You will lead technical discovery, build architectures, and deliver demos and PoCs across Cloudflare's security, networking and developer platforms.

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management across C-suite.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infra and developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion.
• Lead technical discovery, bespoke architectures, demos and PoCs across Cloudflare portfolio.
• Manage onboarding, health, risk and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to translate platform value into ROI for executives.
