Job summary

Careline365 in Norwich is seeking a customer-focused sales advisor to join our team. This is a sales role built on service, with you listening to customers, understanding their needs and recommending the right solution while prioritising excellent service.

You will work 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid setup (3 days in the Bowthorpe Norwich office), undergo two weeks of in-office training, start on 4 January 2027, and be eligible for performance pay of up to £12,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in solution-based or service-led selling would be advantageous.
