Job summary

Taking Care Group in Exeter is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor for a full-time, permanent role at our modern office. The position offers 35 hours per week, a salary of £27,402.27 with a realistic bonus of £4,800 plus a company performance bonus.

After probation, some days may be worked from home as part of our smart-working approach. You will handle warm sales leads, understand customer needs, and promote our life-saving services with empathy and care.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education
• Experience in telephone/conversational selling and working in a call centre for 1+ years
• B2C and conversational selling experience
• Teamwork to achieve goals
• Targets/KPIs
• Call quality assessments
• Addressing concerns to drive sales

Responsibilities

• Handle calls proactively and efficiently to meet business needs
• Achieve personal and team targets
• Maintain excellent call quality
• Process customer payments
• Order collateral for prospective clients and follow up per KPIs
• Complete pre-agreed follow-up calls
• Perform administrative tasks
• Conduct outbound follow-up as required
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date to match customer needs

• Use empathy to address concerns and keep customers engaged
