Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Ideally some previous customer service, customer support, or contact centre experience
• Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• This role is hybrid and the company has an office in either Essex or Northamptonshire. Ideally candidates will have a car to access the office 1 or 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
