Approach Personnel Ltd in Loughborough is recruiting a Senior Customer Care Co-ordinator to join a leading new build housing developer. You will liaise between customers, site teams and maintenance operatives, organise repairs and handle complaints to maintain high service standards.

The role offers a salary of £30,000-£35,000 DOE, generous leave, potential bonus and clear route for career progression within a growing housing business.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer services role, ideally within the new build housing or property sectors.
• Ability to provide concise and accurate written or numerical reports when required
• Confident communicator both verbally and written
• Good computer skills (especially Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and administration related to Customer Care.
• Visiting customers to deal with complex queries and issues.
• Resolve validated complaints efficiently, seeking direction when necessary.
• Coordinate appointments for Customer Care Technicians, suppliers, and subcontracted trades.
• Update and maintain defect records accurately.
• Follow up with trades/suppliers for updates and bring persistent faults to the attention of the Construction and Technical teams.
• Create Homeowner Guides for live developments and ensure Handover Packs meet Housing Associations requirements.
