Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their Studley-based team, supporting a nationwide new build housing developer. You will liaise between customers, site teams and maintenance operatives, organise repairs and manage complaints, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

The role focuses on coordinating customer care activities, maintaining defect records, and creating homeowner guides to meet housing association requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer services role, ideally within the new build housing or property sectors.
• Ability to provide concise and accurate written or numerical reports when required.
• Confident communicator both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and administration related to Customer Care.
• Resolve validated complaints efficiently, seeking direction when necessary.
• Coordinate appointments for Customer Care Technicians, suppliers, and subcontracted trades.
• Update and maintain defect records accurately.
• Follow up with trades/suppliers for updates and bring persistent faults to the attention of the Construction and Technical teams.
• Create Homeowner Guides for live developments and ensure Handover Packs meet Housing Associations requirements.
