Job summary

Pertemps TM in Exeter outskirts is seeking an organised, motivated Customer Care Coordinator to join its housing sector team. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating defect and maintenance works from initial contact to resolution, and ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Duties include scheduling technicians, coordinating repairs across new-build and social housing, issuing quotes, updating records, liaising with customers and contractors, ensuring timely

• Ensuring works are progressed and completed within agreed timescales.
• Providing excellent customer support and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.

A well-respected organisation within the housing sector is looking to appoint an organised, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join its Customer Care team.
The company delivers high-quality new-build homes and works closely with the communities. you will play an important role in supporting customers and ensuring that property-related queries, defects, and maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
You will be a key point of contact for customers across both new-build and social housing and providing excellent service and coordinating works from initial contact through to resolution.

• Ideally experienced within property, housing, construction, customer care, or a similar environment, although this is not essential.
