Job summary

Monta seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic accounts across the UK & Ireland, driving adoption of Monta Hub and expanding usage. You will own renewals, negotiate deals, and guide customers through complex journeys while leveraging AI workflows to optimize outcomes.

You’ll build trusted relationships, coach customers on platform value, and coordinate across Support, Product, and Sales to remove blockers and speed time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years managing customer accounts, ideally in B2B SaaS (HubSpot experience a plus)
• Experience integrating AI workflows into product, engineering, or operational processes (e.g., automated QA, AI-driven dashboards, AI-assisted customer support)

Responsibilities

• Build strategic account plans mapping customer goals to Monta Hub
• Turn customers into Hub power users and maximise value
• Resolve blockers by coordinating Support, Product and Sales
• Spot expansion opportunities from first signal to signed contract in HubSpot
• Own renewals and complex multi-stakeholder negotiations
• Monitor account health and escalate issues before they grow
