Frasers Group seeks a Senior CRM Executive to lead CRM strategy across European markets for Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC and GAME. You will nurture customer relationships and drive engagement with personalized campaigns.

You’ll shape email and cross-channel communications, manage a CRM Assistant, and optimize workflows to deliver timely, targeted customer journeys across EU audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing CRM campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from campaign data.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
