Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a CRM Executive to support CRM initiatives across our Premium and Luxury sites. You will lead email and mobile app communications, craft lifecycle campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to increase engagement, retention and customer value.

A degree and ESP experience are required, with strong analytical and communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with the CRM Manager and Digital Trading Manager, delivering impactful campaigns and weekly performance

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Experience with an email service provider.
• Experience in data analysis and segmentation.
• Retail sector experience desirable, though not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage email and mobile app calendar for campaigns.
• Brief, segment, schedule and deliver email and mobile app notifications.
• Manage automated lifecycle campaigns and tests to improve CRM results.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Grow engaged customer databases and identify key segments.
• Coordinate with ESP for platform optimization and keep up with industry trends.
