Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing outdoor and performance sportswear brand in Liverpool to hire a Senior CRM Executive. This role delivers email, SMS and app push campaigns, builds customer segments, and optimises automated journeys to drive loyalty and revenue.

You will work across UK and international markets, coordinating translations and supporting product launches with Marketing and Ecommerce. A hands-on, detail-focused analyst will thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' hands-on CRM, retention or email marketing experience.
• Experience building and optimising automated journeys and segments.
• Exposure to SMS, app push or loyalty communications is helpful.
• Confidence analysing performance data for recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong QA skills.
• Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Background in fashion, sportswear, retail or ecommerce is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Owning campaign delivery end to end across email, SMS and app push.
• Supporting key trading moments, launches and promotions with Marketing and Ecommerce.
• Working across UK and international markets and coordinating translations.
• Building customer segments from behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
• Building and optimising automated journeys within Klaviyo.
• Supporting loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Analyzing campaign performance and journey data for improvements.
• Monitoring competitor activity to spark new ideas.
