Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to join our CRM team focused on European markets for Sports Direct in the UK. You will drive personalized campaigns, shape customer communications, and collaborate across marketing to enhance engagement and loyalty.

The role involves owning the email calendar for EU markets, leading on segmentation, and streaming insights to improve journeys. A strong understanding of GDPR/PECR is essential, with fluent English and additional European language

Qualifications

Experience designing and executing CRM campaigns across European markets.
Strong data-driven approach to optimise email journeys and lifecycle programs.
Proven track record of improving engagement, retention and revenue through CRM initiatives.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with marketing to design and deliver CRM campaigns across European markets.
Own the email marketing calendar across EU markets and align with trading priorities.
Line manage and develop a CRM Assistant.
Lead omni-channel customer journeys and segmentation for Europe.
Collaborate with content teams to produce email and cross-channel communications.
Implement and optimise automated CRM workflows and touchpoints.
Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
