Salt is seeking a Senior CRM Manager on a 12-month contract to own acquisition-focused lifecycle activity and deliver campaigns quickly and accurately. The role sits at the heart of a fast-growing, app-led digital business with a large, engaged customer base.

You'll build and optimise automated journeys across email, push, in-app and SMS, working with Marketing, Product, MarTech and Analytics to shape the multi-channel CRM plan.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in CRM, with a track record of designing and scaling campaigns and automated journeys.
• Experience in app-first, product-led or high-frequency digital businesses.

• Own the delivery, scaling and measurement of reward-led acquisition campaigns across the early customer lifecycle.
• Build and optimise automated journeys across email, push, in-app and SMS.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, MarTech and Analytics to shape and deliver the multi-channel CRM plan.
• Make sure every communication meets brand, creative and compliance standards.
• Use data to track performance, test ideas and optimise at pace.
• Roll up your sleeves on the build, from segmentation to template changes.
