Job summary

Get Recruited is seeking a CRM Manager for our Leeds-based hybrid role to own the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and reactivation for a fast-growing DTC business.

You will manage CRM across email, SMS, WhatsApp and direct mail, using data to personalise, test, segment and optimise campaigns. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery and requires strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience within a DTC or subscription-based business.
• Experience building and optimising automated customer journeys.
• Understanding retention, reactivation and loyalty strategies.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze.
• Experience running campaigns across email, SMS and direct marketing channels.
• Knowledge of segmentation, personalisation and behavioural triggers.
• Experience with A/B testing and using data to inform decisions.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of metrics such as customer lifetime value, churn, repeat purchase rate and AOV.
• Ability to oversee CRM strategy while delivering campaigns.
• Some HTML knowledge useful for email templates.

Responsibilities

• Own automated customer journeys from onboarding to re-engagement.
• Manage CRM across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and direct mail.
• Develop test-and-learn across messaging, content, timings, journeys.
• Build segmentation and personalisation using data.
• Create triggered campaigns based on customer behaviour.
• Review campaign performance and optimise CRM activity.
• Produce monthly CRM reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative to build email templates.
• Maintain CRM communications calendar and balance campaigns.
• Support a CRM Executive and mentor the team.
• Aim to reduce churn and increase CLV.
