Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a Technical Senior CRM Associate to backfill a departure and take hands-on ownership of customer comms builds. You will report to Libby and collaborate with Rosie Hook, owning your area with independence while shipping campaigns.

You’ll craft complex transactional emails with HTML/CSS/Liquid, run SQL-based segmentation, and document API triggers. You’ll support AppsFlyer testing and deep-linking across channels, especially during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience building transactional and triggered emails with HTML, CSS and Liquid.
• Experience with SQL for audience segmentation and data pulls.
• Familiar with CRM/email platforms and API integrations.
• Able to document build logic and work across teams to ship live campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex transactional and triggered email campaigns.
• Own QA for campaigns and explore scalable QA solutions.
• Write SQL for audience segmentation and data pulls.
• Document API triggers and collaborate with Product/Engineering.
• Support AppsFlyer testing setup and deep-linking across apps and email.
• Work with teams during peak periods and contribute to knowledge base.
