Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group seeks a Technical Senior CRM Associate to own hands‑on CRM builds and ensure reliable customer communications. You’ll work with the CRM & Lifecycle team to craft transactional emails, lifecycle campaigns and AI-enhanced processes, reporting to the Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager.

The role blends hands‑on development with data‑driven improvements in a flexible, remote-friendly setup. You’ll collaborate across teams to automate, test, and scale campaigns while focusing on

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building transactional and triggered emails with HTML, CSS and Liquid.
• SQL queries for audience segmentation and data pulls.
• Experience with CRM/email platforms and API integrations.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex transactional and triggered email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and Liquid logic.
• Own campaign QA and pursue scalable, sustainable QA solutions.
• Write SQL for segmentation and data pulls.
• Document API triggers and keep build logic up to date with Product/Engineering.
• Support AppsFlyer testing setup and deep-linking across app/email.
• Collaborate on priorities with CRM Manager and Email Developer.
• Support peak periods (e.g., BFCM, Christmas) and share learnings in knowledge base.
