Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical CRM Specialist in London to support data-driven, automated CRM initiatives across email, SMS, and messaging channels. You’ll work with SFMC/Adobe Campaign, SQL, JavaScript, and APIs, ensuring data quality and compliant CRM operations.

You’ll join the CRM team, report to the CRM Technical Manager, and coordinate with Analytics, Product, and Technology to deliver multi-brand campaigns. Hybrid work and in-office collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign in a CRM context.
• Strong data skills including SQL and data quality control.
• Proficient in HTML for email and JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs and JSON objects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Internal SME of CRM-related systems.
• Responsible for data and compliance across CRM systems.
• Support CRM team with troubleshooting, training, and complex journey builds.
• Manage new IP warm-ups.
• QA data-related changes and system updates.
• Monitor all customer interactions and troubleshoot automation and HTML rendering issues.
• Develop new HTML modules and launches for SMS/WhatsApp in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Tech to deliver timely campaigns.
• Develop and manage campaign audiences.
