Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a Technical Senior CRM Associate to own hands-on build work for customer comms. You will collaborate with the CRM & Lifecycle team in Marketing, report to the Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager, and work with the Email Developer to deliver reliable, AI-enhanced campaigns.

You’ll design and implement complex transactional emails, write SQL for segmentation, manage API integrations, and contribute to platform automation while supporting peak seasons and sharing knowledge across

Qualifications

• Hands-on building of transactional and triggered email campaigns using HTML, CSS and Liquid.
• Ability to write SQL queries for audience segmentation and data pulls.
• Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex email campaigns for transactional and subscription comms.
• Own campaign QA and improve testing processes for reliability.
• Write SQL for segmentation and AI-assisted data checks.
• Document build logic and API triggers with Product/Engineering.
• Support peak periods (e.g., BFCM) and contribute to knowledge base.
