Job summary

loveholidays is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to own multi‑channel campaigns and customer journeys. You will build automated lifecycle activities using real‑time data, identify bottlenecks, and support AI‑driven workflows to improve delivery speed and accuracy.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Engineering to ensure seamless experiences from search to rebooking, using Braze and Looker to monitor performance and surface insights for optimisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns.
• Experience building automated customer journeys with real‑time data triggers.
• Strong data skills to monitor performance and derive insights for optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi‑channel automated journeys using branching logic and real‑time data.
• Identify bottlenecks and support AI‑assisted workflow implementations.
• Use Braze and Looker to optimise journeys and report performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Engineering to deliver unified campaigns.
