Job summary

LemFi is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to own campaigns across remittance, credit, savings and more. You will build, test and optimise email, push, in-app and SMS journeys with a focus on accuracy, targeting and compliance.

You’ll work with Growth, Product Marketing and Design to move fast while maintaining quality and customer trust. Join a team that moves quickly, values ownership, and aims to deliver real value to people moving countries.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle, ideally fintech or high-frequency consumer product.
• Hands-on with a marketing automation platform; you build campaigns yourself.
• Working knowledge of Liquid and HTML for personalised content.
• Attention to detail to catch wrong segments or broken links.
• Able to pull numbers with basic SQL or a BI tool (Tableau/Looker/Amplitude).
• Bias to ship: launch, measure and iterate over polishing briefs.
• Comfort with AI tools to speed up copy variants, translations and QA.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns end to end in our marketing automation platform: segments, content, scheduling and send.
• Turn briefs into clear builds and push back when a brief doesn’t hold up.
• QA every send: targeting, personalisation, links, localisation and compliance sign-off.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, offers and channels; apply wins to next campaigns.
• Keep campaign calendar honest to avoid multiple messages in one day.
• Report on campaigns: reach, conversions, value and engagement.
• Identify repetitive tasks and template or automate them.
