Job summary

3Search is seeking an Email & SMS CRM Manager to own the two core channels end‑to‑end, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to drive retention and revenue in a fast‑growing fashion brand.

You’ll manage the campaign calendar, optimise automated flows and run rigorous tests using Klaviyo, Braze or Bloomreach. Reporting to the Head of Retention, you’ll have autonomy to deliver tangible commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of hands‑on CRM experience focusing on email and SMS in D2C/ecommerce/retail.
• Expert‑level experience with Klaviyo, Braze or Bloomreach and quick platform onboarding.
• Proven track record optimising automated flows and campaigns with flow analysis and retention metrics.
• Love of execution: building and QA-ing campaigns as well as shaping strategy.
• Strong project management to handle a busy calendar and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the email and SMS campaign calendar, planning, building and deploying campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
• Own and optimise all automated flows, including welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post‑purchase, replenishment and win‑back journeys.
• Lead a rigorous test and learn programme with structured A/B and multivariate tests across content, timing, segmentation and offers.
• Carry out in‑depth flow and campaign analysis, turning performance data into insights and prioritised improvements.
• Use Klaviyo to refine segmentation, personalisation and deliverability, keeping the programme healthy and well‑organised.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and run data‑driven optimisation projects.
