Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As a Senior CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you’ll be a key delivery partner responsible for turning CRM strategies into high-quality, high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll focus on planning, executing, and optimising CRM initiatives using platforms such as Braze, ensuring strategies are activated accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard. While you won’t be responsible for owning CRM strategy, you’ll work closely with clients and internal strategy teams to translate agreed plans into executable campaigns. You’ll play a hands‑on role in guiding day‑to‑day delivery, ensuring smooth operations, strong attention to detail, and consistently excellent client experiences. This role is critical to the success of our CRM engagements — ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, data is used effectively, and clients see tangible results from their CRM investments.
What Will You Do?
- Lead the execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, and WhatsApp
- Configure and customise CRM platforms (primarily Braze) to implement agreed strategies and campaign plans
- Build, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns using segmentation and personalisation capabilities
- Partner with CRM Strategists, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure strong alignment between strategy and execution
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and deliver effective, tailored solutions
- Manage, analyse, and interpret customer data to inform campaign execution and optimisation
- Ensure high standards of QA across campaigns, integrations, documentation, and reporting
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against defined metrics and KPIs
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying best practices and platform innovations to client work
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze,Spot
- Excellent attention to detail, with proven experience QA’ing CRM campaigns, integrations, and documentation
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and customer lifecycle concepts
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data structures
- Experience working in an agency or client‑facing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams
- Proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment
- English proficiency at C1 level, fluency in Italian is must and willingness to travel when required

- Braze certifications (Practitioner, Marketer, or equivalent)
- Deep, hands‑on experience with the Braze platform, confidently using its full feature set to deliver high‑impact campaigns
