Job summary

Card Factory plc in Wakefield is seeking a commercially minded Senior Executive - CRM Campaigns to deliver personalised customer communications across email and app channels within the Digital team.

You will plan, build, deploy and optimise campaigns, using segmentation and testing to maximise performance, and work with Marketing, Commercial and Data teams. This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office, requiring knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimiser and CJ Analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering email marketing or CRM campaigns in a fast-paced ecommerce, retail or digital environment.
• Experience using Adobe Journey Optimiser or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how email campaigns are set up.
• Experience creating, building and optimising customer communications using segmentation, personalisation and testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to optimise performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, deploy and optimise email and app campaigns to engage customers and support business performance.
• Lead end-to-end CRM campaign processes from planning to briefing, build, testing, deployment and reporting.
• Utilise segmentation, dynamic content and testing to maximise campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and improve customer engagement.
