Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Senior CRM Executive in Liverpool to own end-to-end CRM campaigns across channels, build and optimise email campaigns, and develop automated customer journeys. You will segment customers using behavioural data and collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to drive retention and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience within CRM, retention, email marketing or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels
• Building, scheduling and optimising email campaigns
• Developing and improving automated customer journeys
• Creating targeted customer segments using behavioural and transactional data
• Supporting CRM activity around key trading periods and campaigns
• Working closely with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams
• Supporting customer retention and loyalty initiatives
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Testing different audiences, messaging and customer journeys
• Helping develop the wider CRM and retention strategy
