Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is recruiting for a CRM Executive/Senior CRM Executive in Liverpool. The role focuses on owning CRM campaigns across multiple channels, building and optimising email campaigns, and developing automated customer journeys to improve engagement and retention.

You will analyse performance data, build customer segments, and collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to enhance retention throughout key trading periods.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years' CRM/retention/email marketing experience required.
• Experience with CRM campaigns, email marketing, segmentation and automated journeys preferred.
• Experience using Klaviyo or similar CRM/ESP beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build, schedule and optimise email campaigns.
• Develop and improve automated customer journeys.
• Create targeted customer segments using behavioural and transactional data.
• Support CRM activity around key trading periods and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams.
• Support retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Test different audiences, messaging and journeys.
