Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Senior CRM Executive in Liverpool to own end-to-end CRM campaigns across channels, build and optimise email campaigns, and develop automated customer journeys. You will segment customers using behavioural data and collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to drive retention and loyalty.

Senior CRM Executive

Liverpool On-Site Salary: DOE Full-time Permanent

We're working with a growing business in Liverpool looking to add a Senior CRM Executive to its marketing team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of CRM, understanding customer behaviour and using data to improve engagement and retention.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns across multiple channels, develop automated customer journeys and work closely with teams across the wider business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with 2+ years' experience within CRM, retention, email marketing or a similar role.

You’ll ideally have experience across areas such as:

• CRM campaign management
• Email marketing
• Marketing automation
• Customer segmentation
• Automated journeys
• Personalisation
• Campaign analysis and reporting
• A/B testing and optimisation
• Experience using Klaviyo or another CRM/ESP platform would be beneficial.

You’ll need to be organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple campaigns while working with different teams across the business.
