Job summary

Confidential in Liverpool is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to own CRM campaigns across channels, build and optimise email campaigns and develop automated customer journeys. You will work with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to enhance engagement and retention, leveraging behavioural data to create targeted segments.

The role involves hands-on management of CRM initiatives, campaign analysis, A/B testing, and contributing to the wider CRM strategy to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' CRM, retention or email marketing experience.
• End-to-end CRM campaign management experience.
• Familiar with marketing automation and segmentation.
• Klaviyo or similar ESP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Liverpool On-Site Salary: DOE Full-time Permanent

We're working with a growing business in Liverpool looking to add a Senior CRM Executive to its marketing team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of CRM, understanding customer behaviour and using data to improve engagement and retention.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns across multiple channels, develop automated customer journeys and work closely with teams across the wider business.

The Role
