Job summary

Forwardrole is working with a fast-growing outdoor and performance sportswear brand in Liverpool to hire a Senior CRM Executive. The role is 100% office-based, full-time, and hands-on, delivering email, SMS and app push campaigns, while shaping the retention and loyalty strategy.

You will build segments, optimise automated journeys in Klaviyo and analyse campaign performance, collaborating with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams across UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on CRM or email marketing experience.
• Experience building and optimising automated journeys.
• Exposure to SMS, app push or loyalty communications is a bonus.
• Strong data analysis and ability to turn insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign delivery end-to-end across email, SMS and app push.
• Support key trading moments, launches and promotions with cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate translated content for UK and international markets.
• Build customer segments from behavioural and transactional data.
• Develop and optimise automated journeys in Klaviyo.
• Support loyalty and retention initiatives and analyse performance.
