Job summary

Wise is seeking an experienced data analyst to join the CRM Analytics team, supporting Personal and Business segments. You will define measurement frameworks for CRM initiatives, ensure data quality, and provide analytical expertise to optimise customer engagement and lifecycle programs.

The role collaborates with CRM, Product, Data Science, and Growth teams to deliver data-driven insights and dashboards that inform acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in marketing analytics, specifically CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong SQL skills to manipulate data in Snowflake or similar data warehouse.
• Experience with data modelling (dbt) and visualization to build dashboards/reports.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of experimental design and statistical testing.
• Excellent communication to translate analyses into business insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks delivering insights that drive decisions.
• Design and execute analyses to evaluate campaign performance, segmentation and engagement across the lifecycle.
• Apply testing methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality) to improve CRM campaigns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools tracking CRM metrics.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, CRM tech, and Product teams to ensure data integrity.
• Build and optimise customer segmentation models for targeting and personalization.
• Contribute to CRM analytics strategy and measurement framework.
