Job summary

The White Company is seeking a Marketing Analyst to shape our strategy by delivering impactful customer targeting and campaign evaluations. You will partner with the Analytics & Insights team to ensure marketing budget efficiency, learn from campaigns, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.

In this hands‑on role, you will work with SQL, Databricks, Power BI and Alteryx to analyse customer data, measure CRM campaigns, and drive improvements across targeting, suppression criteria,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing analysis or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Extract and manipulate customer data from Databricks to understand behaviour and target CRM campaigns.
• Measure campaign effectiveness using SQL, Power BI and communicate results and recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign targeting, volumes, eligibility criteria and test/control groups.
• Collaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing teams to improve personalisation and relevancy.
• Design and interpret A/B tests and control methodologies.
• Proactively suggest efficiency improvements and automate where possible.
