Job summary

Wise is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to support the Business Operations team and Wise Business, our international business account. You will derive insights from data to guide product decisions and build dashboards to empower self-serve analytics.

You will own cross-team projects, define KPIs, and collaborate with product and servicing teams to understand and size friction affecting retention, enabling faster, data-driven action. Hybrid work with a London focus is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience with strong data analysis skills.
• Expert in SQL and BI tools to enable self-service analytics.
• Independent, fast-paced worker who delivers with impact.
